Depending on the method you chose to pay for your order, and regardless of the method of their return, your refund will be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you inform us in writing of your decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same payment methods you used during your purchase, either by crediting your bank account that you will disclose to Viva or directly to the card you may have used.
